Our new CSR Mission and the conditions required to achieve our climate targets

With our new CSR Mission 2030, we specify how we intend to contribute to the decarbonisation of express logistics at nox. For us, the focus is not on defining targets but on implementing them in daily operations - from electrifying consolidated transports and intelligent route planning to clear social standards in our partnership-based collaboration with transport partners.

The mission is part of the European sustainability strategy of the Groupe STERNE, which nox is part of. The group’s climate targets have been validated by the Science Based Targets initiative (SBTi). This means we are following a shared, science-based reduction pathway aimed at achieving real emission reductions in day-to-day operations.

At the same time, we recognise that companies cannot transform logistics on their own. Whether climate targets can realistically be achieved largely depends on charging infrastructure, energy prices and approval procedures.

From our perspective, time-critical express logistics - both during night and daytime operations - can make a significant contribution to relieving traffic and infrastructure. To unlock this potential, the corresponding framework conditions must be taken into greater account.
