“nox STERNE Time Critical” – the direct transport for extremely urgent shipments

Our service “nox STERNE Time Critical” has successfully launched! 

The customized high-end transport solution for especially urgent national and international shipments, previously offered through Groupe STERNE, can now also be booked directly through nox. 

With this special service, customers receive an offer including availability and price information within 15 minutes. This is made possible by a 24/7 service with round-the-clock accessibility, specifically offered for Time Critical. 

Depending on customer requirements, shipments are either picked up and delivered immediately (Critical) or picked up and delivered at a fixed time (Time). For both options, customers receive five status updates per transport online as well as via email. 

The time-critical shipments are mainly transported by road – depending on size, weight, and requirements, either in a car or truck, as hazardous goods or temperature-controlled. For this purpose, we have about 6,000 vehicles available throughout Europe, which can be activated on short notice.
