Information on corporate management at nox

Effective 29 July 2026, Jean-Michel Floret has taken over as Managing Director of nox Germany GmbH and will also assume overall responsibility for nox Austria GmbH. He succeeds Alexander Kohnen, who is leaving the company by mutual agreement with the STERNE Group.

An experienced logistics executive, Jean-Michel Floret brings more than 20 years of international leadership experience in transport and vehicle logistics. Based at the company’s headquarters in Langenfeld, he will drive the continued development of nox Germany and nox Austria. Barbara Dragosits will remain Managing Director of nox Austria GmbH.

With the appointment of Jean-Michel Floret, nox is building on continuity and international expertise to continue its shared growth trajectory within the STERNE Group.
