Announced management buy-out in Belgium and the Netherlands successfully completed

As previously announced in July, the management buy-out of nox Belgium N.V. and nox Netherlands B.V. has now been successfully completed. Following the closing on 14 September 2026, the existing management team has taken over the two companies from the STERNE Group.
The companies will be managed independently going forward. Job Venhoek will take on operational responsibility as COO & Managing Director of Operations, whilst Jerome Koster will assume commercial responsibility as CEO & Managing Director of Commercial. Daniel Bleckmann will support the company’s future development as a member of the Advisory Board.
The brand identity is also being further developed: the parent company will now operate under the name NightBox Benelux B.V.. The NightBox brand will subsequently be introduced in stages across the existing companies in Belgium and the Netherlands.
For customers, staff and business partners, contracts, contact persons, agreed services and operational processes will remain unchanged. Consignments, including cross-border shipments, will continue to be delivered as usual.
At the same time, NightBox Benelux is strengthening its strategic partnership with Thinventory. By combining Thinventory’s field service technology with the established night-time network, an expanded range of services is being created for field service organisations in the Benelux region.
nox Germany and nox Austria were not part of the transaction and remain within the STERNE Group. The existing collaboration with Thinventory in these markets will continue.
